What You'll Do: Manage and maintain accurate and complete records in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
Develop and implement efficient processes for bulk registration and data entry. Prepare and update metadata using industry-standard practices. Administer content management systems effectively.
Assist with other record-keeping duties as required. What You'll Bring: Previous experience as a Records Officer or similar role.
Bulk registration experience and strong knowledge of Excel functions and formulas is essential. Proven ability to organise and manage large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong understanding of metadata principles and practices.
Experience with content management systems preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
