Recruitment Administrator, SESLHD Mental Health
South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is looking for an administrative professional looking to use their organisational and communication skills to join the Mental Health Recruitment Team.

The Recruitment Administrator supports the Recruitment team and hiring managers in the recruitment of staff across the organisation, by providing administrative support and responding to enquiries. This is a busy role but provides an opportunity to support our health services to find the best staff to care for our patients.
Where you'll be working
You’ll be joining a team of 35 colleagues. The Recruitment Team provides a supportive environment that encourages collaboration with colleagues across the organisation and opportunities for professional development and training.
The position is based at Prince of Wales Hospital in Randwick in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs but some travel to other locations across our organisation is part of the role. The hospital is close to both light rail and bus stops.

Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative support in a demanding environment.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to respond and work with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated high level organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and monitor workflow and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages and the ability to learn new systems as required
- Demonstrated evidence as an effective team member with a capacity to be flexible, motivated and participate in a service delivery team
