We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to support a very busy Principal Consultant who works in the Legal Support and Contracting space. Full-time position offering training, ongoing support, an excellent working environment and the opportunity for career growth.
The Role
Based at our head office in Brisbane, you will join the national operations team and provide high level recruitment support to a Principal Consultant. Your duties may include:
- Registering candidates by sending onboarding documents, conducting visa checks, following up required documents, preparing candidate profiles and conducting reference checks
- Screening ad response and conducting initial interviews for junior candidates
- Assisting with the candidate submission process including uploading candidates to client portals and completing accompanying documentation
- Liaising with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Use of job boards including Seek and LinkedIn to post job adverts and proactively source candidates
- Database management including scanning and data entry
- Assisting with creating and distributing marketing material
- Assisting the wider operations team with overflow reception and administrative tasks as required
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have 12 months previous administration experience in a professional services environment. Prior experience in legal and/or recruitment will be highly regarded. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the below skills and attributes:
- Be highly personable, professional and well presented
- Fantastic interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive industry
- Proficient Microsoft Office, database management and general IT skills
- Adaptable, resilient and willing to take on new opportunities
