The role Reporting to the Team Leader, you will provide recruitment advice and services to a defined portfolio of clients across the state. Working within a highly supportive team sharing knowledge and workloads across a varied client portfolio.
The recruitment team work in a fast-paced complex environment that is supportive, fun and service orientated. End to End recruitment requires skills relating to the process of recruitment, operational production of job advertisements, assisting in recruitment selection, advise and consultation with line managers and delegates along with the contract of offer once the selection process is completed.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing end to end recruitment administration services for a defined portfolio.
* Providing contemporary recruitment advice in line with legislation in a complex environment.
* Using various recruitment databases and HR systems including Springboard, Vader, along with SAP and MyHR.
The Recruitment Services Team is comprised of two recruitment teams who process recruitment for the whole of Department of Health. These roles will be providing recruitment services for roles that may be state-wide and varied in their design from Medical to administrative.
The role(s) will be based at O'Connell Terrace in Bowen Hills (near the RBWH) with local car parking and transport services, along with a flexibility in the working environment this role would suit an enthusiastic HR advisor looking to specialise in recruitment.
The successful personTo be successful in this role you will have specialist knowledge and experience in the delivery of contemporary recruitment services, ideally in a government setting. You will also be experienced with managing your workload to meet competing deadlines and client requests.
You will need to have a high level of communication, interpersonal, liaison and consultation skills and an ability to be an active participant in team workloads which will allow you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide HR advice in a complex environment.
