The role
Due to strong and continued growth, Challenge Community Services is currently looking for an enthusiastic and organised full time HR Recruitment Advisor based in Tamworth or Newcastle to join our team.
You will be required to provide recruitment and sourcing support to the entire business to fill current staff vacancies, with a focus on a number of key positions. You will also have the opportunity to contribute towards the development of the Recruitment frameworks and processes that are currently in place.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end recruitment processes for multiple open jobs
- Place ads, utilising all available options- including social media
- Candidate screening
- Phone interviewing
- Booking interviews
- Candidate communications/management
- Manage candidate experience including: Interviewing, assessments, reference checks, etc.
- Work with all HR Advisors & Line Managers across the organisation to source the timely delivery of quality candidates
- Maintain recruitment website
- Working alongside the HR Administration and Recruitment team.
About you!
This opportunity would suit someone who has experience in recruiting across a range of roles/disciplines and is able to demonstrate extremely strong candidate management and administration skills. You will be a great communicator and have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders always maintaining strong communication throughout the Recruitment process.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous resourcing/recruitment experience (internal or agency)
- Strong candidate management experience
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment managing strict deadlines
- The ability to manage changing priorities
- An organised and structured approach
- Proven administration skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to build relationships
- Current NSW Working With Children’s check, Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Current Australian Driver's licence
