The Role:
The Workplace Relations Policy team is heavily involved in making submissions in inquiries/royal commissions and on proposed legislative reform, lobbying and running test cases in the Fair Work Commission.
The work is varied and interesting and includes preparing submissions to government and other statutory authorities regarding legislative reforms and Government enquiries. Your strong advocacy skills are critical as you will routinely appear in major proceedings before the High Court and Federal Court.
About you…
- Legally qualifications with 10+ years relevant ER/IR/Legal experience,
