You will be working as a Recruitment Advisor which involves building relationships with local businesses and brokering opportunities for our customers (whether that’s an apprenticeship or a work opportunity). If you are the type of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone and build positive, long-standing working relationships, then we want to hear from you!
No experience is required for this role. All you need is the right attitude, and we’ll provide the rest!
This is a full-time position with the option of a monthly accrued day off and other flexible working arrangements.

No direct experience is required for these roles, however there are some things that are required:
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- A current Working with Children Check / QLD Blue Card
- Experience in case management, career coaching or employment services, preferably Workforce Australia or DES
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Strong administration skills
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
