Hastings Deering is seeking an Application Advisor to join our award-winning team in our Acacia Ridge, Brisbane office. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role covering the hours of 9.30 am - 5.30 pm.
As an Application Advisor you will:
- Record service requests in Cherwell Service Management system (CSM) including collection of supporting data / information, triaging of the service requests and where possible, resolution of service requests
- Assist in the definition of requirements relating to services in CSM, configuration and testing of changes, provision of reporting, defining and configuration of dashboards
- Provide Tier 1 support to internal and external customers for all supported technologies this may include manning of phone queue and management of new tickets.
- Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations
- Collaborate with Caterpillar SMEs, customers and 3rd party providers to identify root causes of incidents, work-around and resolution actions.
- Report and provide detailed analysis on customer use of related technology-enabled solutions.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Strong computer literacy
- Minestar proficiency is desirable
- Strong technical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Have an interest or background in Information Technology
- System knowledge of either Cherwell, ServiceNow or Ivanti Neurons
