The Role:As the
HSE Process Improvement Advisor for Yurika, you will be responsible for providing advice on Yurika’s Health, Safety, and Environment Management System (HSEMS) to facilitate continuous improvement for the HSE Group. You will provide holistic support through
Process Improvement, alignment, and coordination.You will do this by delivering training sessions and coaching for colleagues in HSEMS operation, maintenance, and management, whilst also running onboarding sessions for new employees. Along with data entry, providing project support for large or complex projects, and managing reporting requirements, you will also support the business with the implementation of new systems.With flexi-working and a 9 or 10 day fortnight in place, the bottom of the salary band from starts from $97,493 for 9 days and $112,605 for 10 days + 12.75% superannuation. The level of payment will be subject to an assessment of the successful applicant’s knowledge, skills and competencies that are required in this position. About You:In addition to your Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent), you will also ideally have proven capability with data entry across a range of functional areas of HSE (including Technical Regulatory, Health and Wellbeing, Environment and Cultural Heritage).You have strong communication skills (written and oral), and understand how to manage conflicting priorities to ensure the best outcome for the group.
