Based on our growth, we have a newly created role for a Recruitment Advisor to join our team. Offered as a perm, full-time , our Recruitment Advisor position will see you uniquely positioned to deliver on a broad range of roles across some of Australia's major projects and delivering an exceptional client/candidate experience.
What can you expect:
Manage your own work portfolio with an initial focus on white collar opportunities in an end-to-end capacity. Administration to Senior Managers; we do it all.
You’ll focus on areas with the highest value – connecting with people. We’re working hard to strip out as much administration as possible so you can spend time on tasks that deliver the greatest outcomes
Build your networks. Sure, we use SEEK and LinkedIn, but the heart of our ability to be successful is the personal connections and experience our clients and candidates have with us on our journey. We find outcomes that often extend beyond a typical recruitment process.
Manage your own tactical and strategic workforce planning activities for current and future projects
You’ll help shape North Lane’s technology decisions; what will help us continue to deliver and add value to what we do

Your background
Previous experience in a similar role ideally from within and with a strong network from the construction and/or resource sector.
You may come from an agency or internal background – we’re not fussed; what’s most important to us is the individual and personal values they bring
You may be in an experience Recruiter looking for something more challenging or an experienced administrator or mobilisation coordinator ready to take the next step.
Great people skills and the ability to build trust is a must backed by strong communications skills. Those who can multi-task, solve complex people problems and actively manage multiple stakeholders (and their expectations!) will be successful.
