About the role:
As an APS 5 HR Advisor, you will work under limited supervision to enable the delivery of efficient and compliant recruitment services and/or provide advice and support aligned with the Agency's Performance Management Framework.
You will be committed to ongoing development of your Human Resource expertise and apply problem solving across a range recruitment and performance matters.
Duties:
- Assist in provision of logistical corporate support to internal and external stakeholders in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the preparation of correspondence, briefs, minutes and reports on emerging issues.
- Support relevant governance bodies as required through the provision of secretariat support.
- Provide timely and quality customer service in a regulatory environment.
Required experience/skills:
- High level understanding of Recruitment
- The ability to work autonomously, make decisions and exercise judgement within a regulatory environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships.
- Comprehensive research, interpretation and critical analysis skills.
Desirable experience/skills:
- The ability to conduct risk assessments to support assurance activities.
