The Opportunity
Multiple opportunities are available for APS5 HR Advisors where you will be a key member of the Recruitment and Performance team. In this role, you will lead efficient and compliant recruitment processes and provide strategic advice aligned with the Performance Management Framework.

The Role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Provide timely and quality customer service in a regulatory environment
- Assist in the provision of logistical corporate support to internal and external stakeholders in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Prepare reports that incorporate a range of data sources to provide visibility to senior executives on a range of corporate matters
- Provide coordination for relevant committees, networks and stakeholder engagement
- Support relevant governance bodies as required through the provision of secretariat support
- Contribute to the preparation of correspondence, briefs, minutes and reports on emerging issues
- Engage in self-development by applying constructive feedback and committing to ongoing professional development
- Promote an inclusive and diverse workplace culture and ensure all staff are valued and recognised for their qualities, ideas and perspectives
As the ideal candidate, your experience includes exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated proficiency in building and maintaining effective relationships, and a strong foundation in comprehensive research, interpretation, and critical analysis.
You excel in organisational and time management, adeptly managing competing priorities with a focus on quality and timeliness. Operating autonomously within regulatory frameworks comes naturally to you, as does making informed decisions and exercising sound judgment.
Your ability to navigate dynamic environments, adapt to changing priorities, conduct risk assessments, and apply sound judgement and critical thinking ensures effective issue analysis and solution provision in support of assurance activities.
Salary / Rate
- $82k - $88k + 15.4% Super
- Open to S26 Transfer
- 12 month non-ongoing
