About the role
This role is the ‘go-to’ person providing support across all things HR administration, data and systems. The role works as part of our recruitment team, managing candidates and liaising with managers to ensure a great experience. This position is perfect for someone ready to develop their HR career in a friendly and supportive environment, with growth and career opportunities.
About you
You’ll be looking to join a fun team, (seriously I haven’t laughed so hard in my life), to learn, grow, bring your energy, ideas and passion. If you have agency or customer service experience, we won’t hold it against you because we know you’ll have skills, resilience, like getting it done. Love data, systems, and reporting – seriously, you’ll LOVE it!
Be focused on creating great experiences for others, empowering them to achieve
Take pride in your work with attention to detail and delivery
Ideally have some recruitment experience, or be keen to learn in this space
You have a team spirit and see the team’s achievements as your own
See change as the way things get better and an opportunity to develop your skills
Love baking and sharing delicious foods with your team (optional).
Ideally Flu and Covid Vaccination
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
