The OpportunityA great opportunity awaits an experienced APS5 or ambitious APS4 seeking career advancement within our client’s organisation.
Joining the team on a 6-12 month non-ongoing basis, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with an APS5, two APS6s, and an EL1.

As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for WHS support, coordinate activities, and assist APS6 colleagues in addressing a variety of HR matters, offering a pathway for career progression.
The RoleAs the APS5 HR Officer, WHS and Wellbeing, you will be responsible for:
- First point of contact for employee HR inquiries, both verbal and written
- Contribute to planning, management, and reporting of WHS activities
- Provide advice on performance, WHS, rehabilitation, and employee relations
- Assist in policy and guideline development for wellbeing and employee relations
- Support Health and Safety Committee as secretariat
