Part-time Recruitment Assistant role

Lifest HealthCare, an NDIS service provider has an exciting part-time opportunity for a HR Graduate to join our dynamic team based in Springwood to look after recruitment and onboarding of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Monitoring and Actioning Staff Compliance Documentation: Ensure all staff members are compliant. You will be tasked with monitoring, reviewing, and actioning necessary documentation.
- Staff Inductions: participate in comprehensive induction programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
- Other duties as assigned: As a key member of our team, you may be assigned additional responsibilities based on business needs and your skillset
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Human Resources or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated and eager to take initiative and be pro-active
- Tech savvy with the patience to teach others
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role advantageous but not essential
