We are seeking for a full-time Recruitment Consultantto join our team in Melbourne office.

Your responsibilities will include:

-          Sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing and reference checking of candidates to ensure appropriate candidates are referred to clients.

-          Qualify your jobs, then provide a 5-star end to end recruitment service for clients and candidates (fill rate 30%+)

-          Full responsibility for the placement process including:

o   Taking detailed job orders and arranging for advertising of job vacancies

o   Managing the recruitment process with both clients and candidates

o   Matching suitable candidates to the job order

o   Referring candidates to clients and arranging interviews

o   Negotiating the offer and acceptance process including arranging induction.

§  Use a variety of sales techniques to ensure your success: account planning, the Clicks Way of selling, digital leads, market research, seeking leads and referrals, floats, ad chases, reference checks, mail outs, social media, Bullhorn data, networking events, sponsorship opportunities, proposals, capability statements, call cycles and more.

§  Conduct yourself and every situation in a manner aligned to Clicks’ values of Teamwork, Achievement, Care, and Openness

§  With your manager’s support, plan and conduct quarterly reviews

§  Setting and achieving all of your activity targets, timelines and responsibilities in line with MRM.

-          Preparing accurate and timely reporting data in line with Clicks’ Quality Management System

-          Maintaining Account Plans and recording activities and outcomes on Bullhorn

-          Planning and organising your time and resources effectively to maximise results

·       You must also have at least 2 years of work experience in the field
