We are currently looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant who enjoys getting on the phone building relationships with both candidates and clients to join our high performing, professional team.
This position would ideally suit someone who has worked as a Candidate Manager or Employment Consultant who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Experience working in community services specifically, disability or youth services will provide a solid foundation for your success in this position.

About the role
This is a high volume, fast paced position which will enable you to demonstrate your ability to multi-task whilst providing superior customer service to both candidates and clients alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Determine suitability of candidates through thorough telephone screening and interviews
- Complete comprehensive reference checks
- Proactively follow up required documentation to complete the onboarding process
- Provide ongoing candidate care
- Handle adhoc enquiries via telephone and email

You will be a self starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn. You will possess the following:
- Proven experience within Community Services
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Personable and professional manner
- Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, candidates and clients
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to multi task
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
