Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our logistics and supply chain division. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing high-caliber candidates within the industry. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, while delivering exceptional service and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements within the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
- Build and maintain a network of industry professionals, cultivating long-term relationships for future opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, preferably within the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, terminology, and key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
