There is a need for Executive assistant to work part-time, which would cover Monday, Wednesday and the other day being Thursday or Friday.
Tasks:
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and correspondence for the executive
- Organising the executive’s daily schedule and meetings, including booking meeting rooms as required
- Making travel arrangements
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Managing office documentation and organisation
- Delegating administrative tasks to other secretarial or admin staff
About you:
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed
- Dynamic with advanced problem-solving skills
- A people person with excellent communication skills
- Discretion and ability to keep things confidential
- Good computer skills and ability to write well
