About you:
- Responsible for the recruitment cycle, including but not limited to advertising roles, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, reference checks, the offer management process, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer of employment letters, contracts, and follow-up of signed contracts.
- Oversee the Orientation Program by providing support to Dash General Managers to ensure all new employees are welcomed to Dash and an early understanding of the culture of Dash is developed.
- Placing advertising of job vacancies, interviewing and testing of applicants, and selection of staff.
- Maintain personnel records and associated human resource information systems.
- Provide advice and information to management on workplace relations policies and procedures, staff performance, and disciplinary matters.
- Arrange the induction of staff and provide information on conditions of service, salaries, and promotional opportunities.
- Receiving and recording job vacancy information from employers such as details about the job description, wages, and conditions of employment.
- Support hiring managers, and current and prospective staff, regarding visa options and complex issues triaging to migration agent, as required.
To be successful you will need:
- Relevant Qualifications and at least two years’ work experience in the same or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of international recruitment programs;
- Demonstrated experience coordinating high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Well-developed organizational skills including the ability to work across multiple programs and campaigns simultaneously, experience determining work priorities, meeting deadlines, and working autonomously.
- Experience in interviewing applicants and determining their job requirements and suitability.
- Current Victoria driver’s license.
