Your new role
As a 360-degree recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes:
- Sourcing and engaging with candidates
- Building and maintaining client and candidate relationships
- Handling executive-level roles with six-figure salaries
- Business development and networking activities – online, in person and over the phone
- Working closely with a Resourcer to increase your billing capacity
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced recruiter with an interest in construction and renovation
- A background in any of the following disciplines is ideal: sales, marketing, construction, or engineering
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Commercial acumen and ability to liaise with executive-level candidates and clients
- Tenacious, dedicated, and team-oriented
- Self-starter who thrives in a mature work environment focused on ethical work habits and great outcomes for clients, candidates, our recruiters and the company
