As a long-established provider of experienced, qualified, and compassionate workers, Crewe Sharp provide nursing and non-nursing agency staff to Residential Aged Care Facilities, hospitals, and Community Home Care across Australia.
Our SEQ region is rapidly growing and we’re looking to hire a rockstar professional for our Recruitment Division in Brisbane - this is not a 360 recruitment role. This role will initially start with training on the Gold Coast and will be a permanent part time position - minimum 30 hours per week.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Work across various platforms to review and shortlist candidates.
- Interview candidates with relevant qualifications for industry and agency work.
- Ensure that all recruitment practices are compliant with state and federal laws.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Cross check all mandatory requirements and assist candidate with online onboarding process.
- Reverse marketing
- Candidate care calls
Skills required to fulfil this role:
- Ideally, we’re looking for previous recruitment experience, however not mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, and strong administrational skills.
- Skills to build relationships with our clients and candidates.
- Enjoy a fast-paced role and adaptable to change.
- Outstanding communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Work well within a team and autonomously.
