As a Recruitment Consultant with us, you will find recruitment solutions for our clients and match candidates with their perfect employer. - Conducting sales calls to create and further develop relationships with businesses who we currently deal with & identifying new business opportunities
- Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews
- Providing outstanding service to your portfolio of established relationships
- Working with diverse, high calibre customers, accelerating your understanding of the world of work
- Handling the full recruitment process from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job
What you'll need to succeed
