What are we looking for? 

Ideally, you will have worked in medical/healthcare recruitment and have at least 12 months experience, we are however open to seeing candidates from any white-collar background with 360 recruitment recruitment experience. 

You will be/have: 

• 360 Recruitment experience
• An eye for detail; know how to work and think outside of the box
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• You must be self-confident and want to own your client and candidate relationships
