Great written and verbal communication skills

Car licence and own transport
Willingness to learn
Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous.

The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Industrial recruitment, your primary responsibilities include;
Ad writing, screening, interviewing and on-boarding candidates
Providing proactive top talent to our clients
Filling all orders and scheduling inductions
Working with the team on general recruitment and operational tasks
Developing relationships with key contacts on site
Provide weekly and monthly reporting, database maintenance and administrative tasks
