ROLE
As the Recruitment Consultant you will be sourcing and working with a range of clients to identify their requirements for skilled people and then recruiting for these people, ensuring timely delivery of appropriate candidates, effectively managing the recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing and short-listing to the client. This is a full 360 degree recruiting role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You have a big responsibility in that you are working with people. At the start, you will have a business development phase to identify clients and then work with them so that you understand their people requirements. You will then determine the best method to find the right people for the various roles and screen and interview all candidates, determine salary packaging and then present suitable candidates to the clients. The quality of your work is of paramount importance, all candidates require respectful and timely feedback on their application, and clients require progress reports. You will be responsible for following up on all placements to ensure effective onboarding of candidates and client satisfaction. Relationship building with both clients and candidates is the key to being successful in this role.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
- 3 to 5 years of experience in multiple industry sectors
- 360 degree recruiting experience
- Knowledge and experience in business development and human resource management
- Proactive and driven to succeed
- Great communicator, not afraid to pick up the phone and cold call.
- Creativity, planning and organising are your strongest points
- Willing to travel
REMUNERATION
Base $70k to $80k p.a. (depending on experience), plus superannuation, commission and tools of trade.
LOCATION
The role is located in Melbourne and a work-from-home.
