The Opportunity;  

Having access to ALL existing PSA clients, this is a significant opportunity for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to drive a new division within the sustainability sector. With the backing of an extremely successful business, an established client base and a supportive hands-on leadership team you will have full autonomy to make this division your own, grow and develop a team. What are we looking for?

• A switched-on Recruiter with experience within the Energy/Renewables sector who shows all the hallmarks of a top performer OR a 360 Senior Consultant from any white-collar recruitment industry
• You will bring a wealth of agency experience, a proven track record in your chosen field and an ability to influence/deal with senior stakeholders
• Ability to grow existing accounts and build your own business
• Polished and relationship-driven mindset
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm to build a new division
