This role involves market research and talent acquisition for our clients in the real estate and property industry across Sydney and the NSW Central Coast. Three days per week will be spent working in Sydney, with flexibility for remote work on two days.

- Phone screen and short list job applicants
- Carry out Face to face and video interviews
- Reference checks
- Negotiate employment offers and salaries
- Data base management
- Attend new business meetings
- Nurture client relationships
- Brief job seekers on vacant jobs and prepare them for interview
- Coordinate client interviews and feedback
- Proven experience in an Account Manager, Sales, or Business Development Manager role
- Experience in real estate or recruitment is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident phone manner
- Flexibility to travel to Sydney three days per week
