Recruit & Consult is a specialist recruitment agency that connects real estate and property professionals with talented staff across Sydney and the Central Coast. Located in North Sydney our office is set in a sunny terrace that offers with a calm and contemporary space to work from.  The business is set for expansion so that we can better service our clients and grow our current service offerings. The missing piece to our team is a switched-on candidate manager that is service driven and not afraid to pick up the phone! This role is crucial to the success of the business and will further evolve and progress as the business grows.

The Role:

This role involves market research and talent acquisition for our clients in the real estate and property industry across Sydney and the NSW Central Coast. Three days per week will be spent working in Sydney, with flexibility for remote work on two days.

• Source jobseekers via our database, LinkedIn, head hunting etc
• Phone screen and short list job applicants
• Carry out Face to face and video interviews
• Reference checks
• Negotiate employment offers and salaries
• Data base management
• Attend new business meetings
• Nurture client relationships
• Brief job seekers on vacant jobs and prepare them for interview
• Coordinate client interviews and feedback

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in an Account Manager, Sales, or Business Development Manager role
• Experience in real estate or recruitment is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident phone manner
• Flexibility to travel to Sydney three days per week
• Stable work history
• Positive attitude and a willingness to be mentored
• Customer service obsession
• Target-oriented mindset with a track record of surpassing KPIs
• Ambitious with a drive to build a successful career
