About the role:
As a Resourcing Specialist joining our vibrant and professional Oxley team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing suitable candidates
- Conducting and recording reference checks
- Writing and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Managing inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Providing excellent customer service to our candidates and clients
- Effective database management
- Data entry and compliance via Microsoft and internal systems
- Promoting a positive safety culture across the business both on site and in the office
What are we looking for?
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident and friendly phone manner, don't be afraid to pick up the phone.
- Positive attitude and proactive outlook on tasks
- Enjoys working in a team but also can work autonomously and manage individual workload
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office & basic computer skills
- Outstanding communication both written and verbal
