This role will involve working closely with our team to ensure all clients receive exceptional customer service and support. Additional responsibilities include;
- Interviewing candidates
- Successfully placing candidates in short and long term roles
- Liaising with, and advising clients on suitable staffing solutions for their business
- Meeting with clients on-site
- Meeting and exceeding set and agreed sales targets
- General administration and customer service
- Identifying new business opportunities for the branch
