We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to manage the White Collar desk.
About your role:
In your new role as a Recruitment Consultant at Flexi Staff, you will be providing recruitment solutions to meet clients' needs. A large part of this role is relationship building and the day-to-day maintenance of new and existing clients.
Key Duties:
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Working with clients to understand candidate sourcing requirements
- Account management
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities
- Providing timely and outstanding service both to clients and candidates
- Effective database management
- Accurate data entry
About You:
The ideal candidate will have a recruitment background and will be passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients. You will have a can-do attitude and positive outlook!
