To support our growing business, we are looking for a skilled Recruitment Consultant, to join our team 5 days per week based at our office in Boronia.
The role and responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing, interviewing and reference checking candidates for vacancies nationally
- Database management
- Establishing a strong rapport with clients and providing a high level of service
- Ensuring our strict recruitment standards are upheld on a daily basis
- Adhering to all policies and procedures
- Sharing responsibilities of the after hours phone
To be successful you will have the following:
- Previous experience within a similar role within the recruitment industry
- Excellent work ethic and attitude
- Confident and resilient
- Understanding client and candidate requirements
- Fluent written and oral communication
- Capable of working effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- A self-motivated person who shows initiative
- Strong and accurate computer skills
