We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our experienced team in Sydney.
The role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and connecting talented professionals with our existing network of clients whilst establishing and building your own network and relationships in the Sydney market. You will:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs consulting with them and providing tailored solutions.
- Source, attract, and engage with candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a high standard of talent and to match this talent to the right role.
- Utilize your excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and advice to clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team targets, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Support Collaborative efforts through the promotion of RH brand across other business streams to identify opportunities and key accounts to acquire as part of larger strategic growth strategy.
