We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to spearhead our metro and FIFO civil infrastructure space. The purpose of this position is to develop long term, beneficial relationships with clients and candidates, while providing high levels of service in a very competitive industry, delivered with honesty and a high level of professionalism. The successful person will start with, and further develop, a warm and productive desk, built on an extensive database and a solid client group.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Respond to recruitment requests within the set quality requirements and timeframes.
• Source and build suitable talent pools for vacancies, utilising various methods.
• Appropriately prioritise workload to maximise results.
• Continuously manage candidates through effective and clear communication
• Ensure candidates have completed recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation requirements.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with candidates and clients.
• Drive a high level of safety standards. 

It is envisioned the successful candidate will possess: 

• Experience within a similar position – Civil or Mining highly desirable.
• Experience with Job Adder or a similar recruitment platform
• The ability to build excellent relationships quickly.
• Ability to learn & be highly responsive in fast moving circumstances.
• Organised and pro-active approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High initiative and attention to detail
• A valid Australian drivers’ license.
