- Respond to recruitment requests within the set quality requirements and timeframes.
- Source and build suitable talent pools for vacancies, utilising various methods.
- Appropriately prioritise workload to maximise results.
- Continuously manage candidates through effective and clear communication
- Ensure candidates have completed recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation requirements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with candidates and clients.
- Drive a high level of safety standards.
- Experience within a similar position – Civil or Mining highly desirable.
- Experience with Job Adder or a similar recruitment platform
- The ability to build excellent relationships quickly.
- Ability to learn & be highly responsive in fast moving circumstances.
- Organised and pro-active approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High initiative and attention to detail
- A valid Australian drivers’ license.
