We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Partner to join on our passionate TA team, complementing our broader People team and to further support West Australian hiring managers with anticipated growth within this market.
Reporting to the Team Lead for Talent – WA and working with a dedicated and impactful APAC team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Delivering end-to-end, full cycle recruitment including candidate screening and participating in behavioural-based interviewing for roles within WA
- Assessing and anticipating hiring trends and actively partner with the key internal customers to continuously develop recruitment strategies
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines and pools for key positions whilst utilising a broad range of sourcing channels and techniques – roles include Engineering disciplines, Scientists and Sustainability specialists
- Leveraging GHD’s marketing and branding to support talent attraction
- Engaging with mobility subject matter authorities in relocating candidates globally
- Providing training as required to hiring managers on all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process and GPS (Oracle) Talent Acquisition
What you will bring to the team:
- Significant Talent Acquisition experience (within the engineering/design/project consulting/contractor or professional services sectors)
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Human Resources, Marketing or other relevant discipline (desirable)
- Experience in deploying attraction and selection strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Outstanding communication and influencing/partnering skills, confidence with senior business leaders and technical authorities. Including credible experience in acting as a trusted advisor and using data to advise recruitment tactics & strategies to business leaders
- Strong candidate management skills, ensuring optimal candidate experience throughout the Talent process
- Value inclusion and knows how to attract and select candidates from a diverse set of backgrounds and in candidate tight markets
- A hardworking teammate eager to be part of a successful national centre of expertise, able to engage naturally and virtually
- Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change
- Tried system (Microsoft) and ATS capabilities
- A brand ambassador who is eager to elevate GHD’s employment brand in the market
