Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage with top-tier candidates for various roles within the education sector. Use your sales skills to attract and match candidates with exciting opportunities.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders. Understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
3. Fun at Work: Be a positive and energetic presence in the office. Contribute to a lively and enjoyable workplace culture where collaboration and creativity thrive.
4. Idea Generation: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table. Inspired Recruitment values every team member's input, and we encourage creativity in approaching challenges and opportunities.
