The position of Recruitment Coordinator forms an integral part of a small but dynamic Workforce Management department. Focusing on recruitment of front-line staff you'll take carriage of new staff inductions, onboarding, and training as well as collating data and reporting.

What you'll be supporting us withInclude but are not limited to:
- Coordinate all front-line recruitment and selection activities including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing and hiring
- Full employee lifecycle management
- Work across a wide variety to of departments to lead strategy and operations throughout the organisation.
- Multi-system management - input into critical systems used across the organisation (HRS, FMS, CMS, LMS etc.)
- Work in collaboration with necessary Senior Management to develop and distribute new training via the organisation’s LMS
- Maintain data input for both DCR and ANLA in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
- Collate data and analyse trends in relation to staff training though the LMS, HRS and CMS
- Work with managers to assess and address training and development needs, build capacity, support staff retention, and drive a workplace culture
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or a similar
- 3 years experience in a HR position
- Demonstrated knowledge of Fair Work & NES
- Possession of a:
- Proof of vaccination for COVID-19 in accordance with our policies
- Possession of or willingness to obtain:
- Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- LCS2 Background and History Check
