Working within an exciting, dynamic environment, where no two days are the same, you will play an integral role in assisting people from the start of the recruitment process through to successful employment with our client. What you'll be doing: In your new role of Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with Account Managers and Consultants to support the delivery of a seamless and efficient recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and candidates. Administrative Support: Execute administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as updating and maintaining candidate databases, responding to emails, scheduling interviews and providing general day to day administrative support.Candidate Sourcing:Identify and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.Screening:Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidate applications against role requirements.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by providing timely communication, information, and support throughout the recruitment process.Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, recruitment consultants, external customers, and your team mates to contribute to a positive workplace culture and facilitate our journey towards the common goal.Onboarding Assistance: Ensuring a seamless and positive transition from recruitment to employment by facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including reference checks and pre-employment requirements.Compliance: Ensure regulations, standards, and ethical practices that apply to our business are adhered to, including compliance to accurate data entry and record keeping within our database.What you’ll bring: You’ll be a detail-oriented and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, and you aren’t phased with competing priorities. In addition, we’re looking for: Proven administrative experience within a customer facing environment.
