Alliance Rural & Remote Health is a niche Nursing Recruitment Agency, located in Mackay and servicing regional, rural and remote locations Australia wide. We join Alliance Nursing and Alliance Community, who collectively operate as Alliance Australia.

Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator, to work in our dynamic Nursing Agency proactively managing applications from Nurses and Midwives wanting to join our dedicated workforce! 

This role works within our Recruitment Team to provide functions including recruitment, selection and onboarding of suitable Nurses and Midwives; discussing options for work in relation to the candidate skill set and our core market; ongoing candidate care and relationship building; and other duties when required.

There is a requirement for the successful applicant to demonstrate:

• An outgoing, positive, and flexible personality.
• High level communication skills - verbal and written.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Recruitment or Nursing experience desirable but not essential.
• Solid IT skills.
• The willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check if required.
