Baseline Onsite are currently seeking a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join the Perth based Team.
Baseline Onsite has been providing Security, Medical, Rescue and Safety services to the mining, marine and energy industries since 2010.Our offices are operated by industry professionals who understand the challenges of remote area work and the important role that our personnel play in maintaining a safe and productive work site.
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Recruitment Coordinator to assist in a fast paced environment within a growing team. This role will be working closely with our operational and management teams.
About the Role
- Recruitment and selection activities including coordination of interviews and shortlisting
- Client Account Management
- Manage candidate application and sourcing
- Roster and scheduling management for on site requirements
- Employee and Client relationship management
- Assist with on-boarding stages prior to and during site attendance
- Maintain regular communication with personnel and key stakeholders
About You
- Demonstrated experience within a similar Recruitment Role
- Experience within a site based Medical or Emergency Services role highly advantageous
- A strong attention to detail and success in a high volume environment
- Strong written & verbal communication skills with candidates and clients
- Ability to prioritise and seek innovative solutions to tasks
- Ability to demonstrate strong drive, output and flexibility
- Ability to respond occasionally out of hours
