As a Recruitment Coordinator at Securecorp, you will be a crucial part of our Human Resources team, facilitating the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR Graduate or candidate that has a genuine interest in developing their career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our hiring managers to find the right people.
- Utilize your creativity in creating effective job adverts.
- Screen and schedule interviews and recruitment activities.
- Facilitate our onboarding process and be a SME for our recruitment/ HR software.
- Coordinate with external providers to support finding candidates.
- Adhoc reporting and HR administrative duties.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role or recruitment position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and build strong working relationships.
- Previous experience using HR Software, preferably UKG highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Studying towards will be highly regarded.
