Front Foot Law is a law firm that’s all about in-house legal secondments — and enjoying the journey. We’re currently looking for a new part-time Recruitment Coordinator/ Office Administrator to join our small team — working on-site and remotely.
You’ll be supporting our recruitment director and managing general office admin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and flexible environment with exposure to cutting-edge ideas within the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate recruitment paperwork, including offer letters and extension docs
- Upload HR documents, e.g. employment agreements, references, superannuation details, tax file numbers, time sheets, etc
- Reference checks
- Check-in with candidates during secondment
- Draft and post ads for roles
- Manage onboarding, induction and offboarding
- Manage compliance with regulatory requirements,e.g. immigration status, practising certificates
- Reformat CVs
- Update records in our CRM system
- Help manage social media channels
- Helporganise events
- Manage general office admin — office supplies, booking venues, etc
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role — ideally in the legal industry
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Across Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Thrive independently and as part of a team
- Ability to quickly rejig priorities and deadlines
