The Role
A unique opportunity for an experience Recruitment Coordinator to join a rapidly growing company, the ideal candidate will provide true hands-on recruitment support to the Branch managers
 
Duties 

• Writing and posting job ads.
• Handling enquiries via phone and email
• Manage the recruitment processes by coordinating and scheduling interviews with the Branch / Hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters and staffing agency.
• Provide support to the branch/ hiring mangers including onboarding, background checks and payroll enquiries.
• Manage the employee database, ensuring accuracy of employee information.
• Assistant branch managers in developing and implementing HR Policies and procedures.
• Draft and Prepare employee contacts.
• Welcoming new employees and overseeing induction tours.
• Assist in employee engagement activities such as company events & training sessions. 

Key Skills and Qualifications: 

• Proven work experience as a Recruitment coordinator or Recruiter
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within deadline.
• Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
