Nurse Generation a growing Aged Care Nursing Agency and Permanent Staffing solutions provider, and we are looking to welcome a new team member – Recruitment Coordinator/Consultant. As a Recruitment Coordinator/Consultant at Nurse Generation, you will play a vital role in our dynamic team, contributing to the success of our staffing operations.
This opportunity is a permanent part time position, worked from home, suitable for an individual who is available 4 to 6 hours per day, within business hours, noting there is flexibility in how hours are worked.
The role:
- Source top talent through effective recruitment strategies
- Review applications and conduct interviews to ensure the selection of qualified candidates
- Assist with creating applicant profiles for presentation to clients
- Oversee the onboarding process, managing references and collecting compliance documents to maintain a high standard of compliance
- Assist with scheduling by efficiently filling shifts and optimizing workforce management
- Engage with our dedicated staff, fostering a positive employee experience through regular communication and support
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the general inbox, ensuring timely and effective communication within the organization
Suitable applicants will have:
- Previous experience or exposure to recruitment and/or aged care/health-related recruitment processes
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in the recruitment and onboarding processes
- Capability to create and maintain a safe working environment from home, adhering to company policies and industry standards
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
