As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the business with the screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates across a wide range of industry and infrastructure projects in Queensland.
Our office is based in Yeerongpilly and was recently awarded Branch of the Quarter for being the fastest-growing national team. They are on target for Fiji 2024!

The Role
- Responsible for drafting and placing job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms such as SEEK, Indeed and LinkedIn
- Screening candidates via verbal and written communication
- Conducting face to face interviews & pre-employment checks
- Placing candidates with host employers
- Database management
- General administration as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience within an agency is highly regarded
- Proven success in providing service excellence
- Degree in HR or related is preferred but not essential
- Strong level of computer literacy
- Proactive and positive approach with a strong team ethic
- A high level of professionalism with a passion for self-growth
- Sound communication, confident, excellent interpersonal skills
- Disciplined, well organised, advanced time management skills
