We are looking for an experienced Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our friendly team headquarters in Osborne Park. You will be part of a busy and cohesive team and be responsible for recruiting and mobilising employees across our Pilbara network.
This varied role is pivotal in ensuring our assets are fully utilised across multiple depot locations.
You also be responsible for ensuring medicals and certifications are current and booking training and inductions as required. You will liaise with our Operations Managers and Site Administrators to ensure the highest levels of industry compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Mobilising drivers to various mine-sites across the Pilbara in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Responsible for booking all company travel and accommodation
- Booking medicals, inductions, and training courses
- Creating training agreements
- Conducting audits of driver’s licenses and qualifications
- Ordering PPE
- Uploading relevant tickets and certifications to our HR and training platforms
- Employee onboarding in company systems
- Reference checking and screening job candidates
- Maintaining the driver pipeline, ensuring new drivers are job-ready
- Working closely with our sales team to understand upcoming project requirements
- Running compliance reports and maintaining follow up communication with Site Administrators

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment and mobilisation role
- Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Sound verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for process improvement
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently and plan workload around competing priorities
- Be highly organised and able to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
