Skills and experience
As Recruitment Officer, your key responsibilities will include the following:
• Talent Sourcing: Utilise job boards, social media, and referrals to attract top talent. Build talent pipelines and screen resumes for job fit.
• Manage Recruitment: Manage process end-to-end, ensuring compliance, and offering feedback for informed decision-making.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure positive interactions, promote our employer brand, and represent us at events.
• Data Analysis: Track metrics, generate reports, and contribute to process improvement.
Requirements of the role
• Experience: Demonstrated background in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Technology: Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and recruitment software.
• Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion.
Appointment is subject to:
• Willing to undergo a Police Check.
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card).
• Current drivers' licence.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Current First Aid and/or CPR certificate or the preparedness to gain one.
