As a Para-Consultant, you'll provide invaluable support to our busy Legal Recruitment Consultants. Your role will be diverse, ranging from back-end recruitment tasks to e-marketing initiatives. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as each day presents new challenges and opportunities. While maintaining focus under pressure, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues, ensuring a positive and productive working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing our CRM system (JobAdder) with precision
- Conducting thorough reference checks on candidates
- Expertly formatting multiple resumes in line with the firm’s Style Guide
- Crafting job advertisements for online platforms
- Liaising with Recruitment Consultants to stay updated on urgent vacancies
- Curating engaging social media content
- Researching and reporting on Legal Industry trends
- Performing ad-hoc website maintenance
- Writing and designing industry blogs for digital publication
- Supporting Consultants with miscellaneous tasks as needed
- Previous experience working in a professional services environment (Legal Industry experience highly advantageous)
- A creative and adaptable mindset
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business and/or human resources
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms is advantageous
