Your duties and responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through various channels
• Conduct interviews and reference checks
• Coordinate pre-employment processes, including medicals and inductions
• Match suitable candidates with available positions
• Develop and nurture relationships with candidates and clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
• Assist with general administration tasks as required

What you will need to succeed:

• A knack for rockin' the computer, especially with Microsoft Office Suite
• A burning passion for kicking off your career in recruitment and making it big
• Stage-worthy communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to thrive in the fast-paced world of recruitment
• Killer organization skills and an eye for detail
• A team player mentality
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks like a rockstar guitarist shreds a solo
