As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing and connecting top talent with exciting opportunities across various industries. You'll work closely with our Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality candidates efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage candidates across different industries, including Trades, Industrial, and Business Support.
- Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and tailor candidate searches accordingly.
- Maintain a proactive approach to sourcing, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates to meet our growing needs.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and dedication to providing quality candidates quickly.
- Contribute to our positive team culture by actively participating in team meetings and sharing insights and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing roles, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
